2, toughness
The premise of the mold is mostly very inferior, and some often suffer from a large hit load, which leads to brittle fracture. In order to avoid the sudden break of the mold machine, the precision metal mold must have high strength and toughness. The toughness of the mold depends on the carbon content, grain size and structure of the material - precision mold manufacturing.
3, fatigue fracture function
During the mold process, under the long-term effects of the reincarnation stress, each time caused fatigue and fracture. In its situation, there are small energies that repeatedly attack fatigue breaks, stretch fatigue breaks, fatigue breaks, and tortuous fractures. The fatigue fracture function of the mold depends on its strength, toughness, hardness, and the amount of inclusions in the guess.
4, low temperature function
When the temperature of the mold is higher, the hardness and strength will be lowered, which will lead to the late wear or plastic deformation of the mold. Therefore, the precision injection mold should have high anti-tempering stability to ensure that the mold has high hardness and strength at the temperature of the workpiece.
